The Rituals (such as japam, pooja, shanti, havan/homam, abhishekam, etc.) are performed at your requested place by priests of anandamseva.com after the payment of the required fee to us (wherever applicable). the expected charges mentioned include the cost of materials required for pooja, charges paid to our priests for performing the offering and other charges such as taxes, temple charges etc.
In case of some Pooja Services in the Temple Chosen By you we do not give any guarantee that the Services will be performed on the date chosen or provided by you, as each temple will or might have its own calendar of events. In case the Services are not performed on the specific date due to any unavoidable reasons including Festivals, Ceremonies etc when the temples are not available for Poojas and Force Majeure Events, then the Services may be performed on any other suitable date.
Also note that we do NOT take any donations, chanda, chadhawa, etc. In case you find anyone mis-representing us – please let us know at the earliest.
Poojas or other rituals offered through our website do not involve any kind of animal sacrifice.
Videography inside Sanctum Sanctorum of Temples are generally not allowed, hence wherever applicable the Video footage shall be limited to Sankalp and Havan only.
It would be our endeavour to provide Live Webcast of Sankalp and Havan (wherever applicable) if adequate internet bandwidth is available at the location of the event, if not our liability shall be limited to providing recorded video of the said proceedings.

The benefits of Homams, Poojas, Yantras and other rituals mentioned in our website are as per shastras. They are provided for user’s understanding. We are not an agent of any temple and perform these services through our own network of representatives.
Cancellation Policy
If you require Cancellation of the Pooja Services or Require any change in the Dates of the Services you have to inform us at least 48 hrs before the Scheduled date. However in some of the extreme cases where all the preparations are already done cancellation will Not be accepted.
Refund Policy
If cancellation of Services is done within the time amount will be refunded after deducting the expenditures made on Purchase of Pooja Samagri and Temple Fees if any paid by us. Bank Charges and other money transfer charges will also be deducted. Refund will be made only in the bank A/c from which Payment is received after proper proof of payment within 7 Days.
